RN Weekend Supervisor

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Weekend Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care while supporting and supervising nursing staff during weekend operations.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations within our rehabilitation and long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns promptly
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and CNAs
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Respond to emergencies and assist with clinical decision-making

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
