Communications OperatorBe the Voice That Connects Our Organization.As a Communications Operator, you'll serve as an important connection point for patients, visitors, physicians, employees, and emergency services.What You'll DoAnswer and direct incoming calls.Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.Operate communication and paging systems.Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments.Support emergency communication procedures.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.Provide exceptional service during routine and high-pressure situations.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.Previous customer service, communications, or healthcare experience preferred.Pay & Benefits$16.25 - $24.50 per hour (pay is based on experience)Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid Time Off (PTO)Career development opportunitiesEmployee discount programsLocation: Froedtert South, Inc. · COMMUNICATIONSSchedule: Full-time, PMs, 80
