Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering compassionate and efficient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be preferred.
Prior clinical experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

Registered Nurses may be expected to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that patient care needs are met. The role may involve some physical demands, including the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
