This is a per diem, remote position at least 20 hours per week. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts.

Position Summary: The Per Diem Senior Recruiter provides recruitment support to attract, source and hire highly qualified candidates across clinical, BH, dental, administrative and operational departments. This position serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring mangers while ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive candidates’ experience. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who can work independently, manage multiple requisitions, proactively source talent, and support critical hiring initiatives on a as needed basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance
2. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
3. Source candidates using job boards, networking, social media, professional organizations, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques
4. Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and candidates’ assessments
5. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidate and hiring manager
6. Prepare offer recommendations and extend employment offers
7. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and managers throughout the process.
8. Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards on progress
9. Ensure a positive and professional candidate’s experience

Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions
2. Work with external recruitment vendors as needs, build and maintain recruitment pipelines for clinical and hard to fill roles
3. Attend recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed, or coordinate for another member of the HR team to attend
4. Recommend improvements to the recruitment processes and hiring workflows
5. Monitor labor market trends and provide hiring managers with recruitment insight
6. Maintain recruitment metrics
7. Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers
8. Participate in workforce planning discussions
9. Support onboarding activities and transition of new hires.

Schedule:

This is a per diem position with hours based on organizational hiring needs. Work schedules may vary and may include daytime, evening, or occasional weekend hours to support recruitment events or urgent staffing needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position:

Bachelor’s in human resources, Business or Healthcare Administration or related field. Or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience in a Sr recruitment role.

5 years of full cycle recruitment experience

At least 3 years of recruitment in healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week (days and hours flexible)
