Data Analyst II-Digital Analytics

Job Title: Senior Digital AnalystWork Model: Hybrid, Framingham MAThis Senior Digital Analyst will be responsible for driving insights and recommendations related to the end-to-end purchasing customer journey for Staples B2C and B2B digital strategy across both Web and App platforms. This role requires an excellent collaborator, communicator, and analyst with extensive hands-on data experience. The successful candidate is a problem solver in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment and will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised. In addition to strong analytical skills, the Analyst must be adept at communicating findings to senior leadership and business stakeholders across the organization in both verbal and presentation formats.What you will be doing:Work closely with Product Management and Digital Experience partners to provide insights and recommendations to improve the end-to-end purchase customer journey, inclusive of the Web and App experiences.Be the subject matter expert on A/B testing and other experiment methods, providing consultative support and ensuring campaigns are set up to deliver accurate data collection and robust impact measurement.
