Business Development Representative - Outside Sales

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Business Development Representative to be an integral part of our Distribution team. You’ll have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects on a national and global scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and manage customer relationships within assigned territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking Present and sell PFF products including pipe, fittings, flanges, and related materials Conduct regular customer visits, job site visits, and meetings Understand customer specifications and project requirements Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and logistics to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery Track sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM systems Resolve customer issues related to pricing, availability, delivery, and product performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education: Bachelor's Degree; Business preferred Experience: 3+ years of outside sales experience in PVF, industrial distribution, oil and gas, or construction; preferred Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Certification/Licenses: None specifically required Other: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong time and territory management skills; ability to build long-term customer relationships
