Provide administration support in a small office environment which includes data entry, answering and routing incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mail preparation, filing and problem solving. Day to day general office duties. Customer Service: Communicate with clients and their employees. Assisting with coverage, payments, and questions. Processing Claims: Using software and plan information to calculate benefits and make payments. Dental, DBL/PFL, Leave management, FSA, HRA Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for clients.
