DRIVERS NEEDED!! NO CDL REQUIRED!!!

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will help families relocate while operating our 26' box trucks. You will be home every night and play a key role in providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Moving & Loading

Pack small items into boxes and properly prepare belongings for transport
Document and inventory customer items during the moving process
Pad wrap and protect large furniture and fragile items
Safely load and unload trucks at customer residences and warehouse facilities

Customer Service

Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, helpful attitude
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Treat customer belongings with the utmost care and respect
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Team Leadership & Communication

Follow instructions and take direction from supervisors
Lead and coordinate small teams of 2-3 team members
Ensure daily move goals are met efficiently and safely

Safety & Vehicle Operations

Safely operate a 26' box truck or flatbed (automatic transmission)
Complete daily vehicle inspection reports
Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Qualifications

Must be over 21 years of age
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Clean criminal background check
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude
