Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 (1st Shift/M-Fri 5:30am-2pm)

As a Ship and Receiving Specialist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will ensure that all shipping and receiving activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to smooth supply chain operations. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. (1st Shift/M-Fri 5:30am-2pm) In this role, you will impact the accuracy and timeliness of inventory management and order fulfillment, supporting Honeywell’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, and document discrepancies or damages. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping and receiving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all shipping and receiving operations.

YOU MUST HAVE

Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and shipping documentation. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Familiarity with shipping software and barcode scanning technology to track shipments accurately. Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to shipping and receiving activities.
