• Licensure & Certifications: Active NC license, NC DEA, Board Certification (PA or Family NP), BLS
• Experience: Minimum 12 months in urgent care or similar setting; no new grads

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: verify with client for actual pay, benefits discussed upon application)

What You ll Do:

• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months+)
• Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, among others
• Manage high patient volumes while maintaining high-quality standards
• Document accurately in Epic EMR
• Communicate effectively with support staff and patients
• Adhere to clinic protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:
Required:

• Active NC license and NC DEA
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care or primary care experience
• Board certification as PA or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Excellent soft skills
• Ability to see and treat all patients as the sole provider

Preferred:

• Experience handling adult and pediatric patients simultaneously
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
