Physical Therapist Opportunity
Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide services at a facility in Callaway County, Missouri. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat adult consumers to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and independence.

Requirements
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience with PT evaluations, treatment planning, and direct therapy services.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, gait training, mobility support, and functional rehabilitation.
- Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial PT evaluations and assessments.
- Develop treatment plans to reduce pain, improve function, and restore mobility.
- Provide PT using modalities, exercise, mobilization, gait training, and assistive devices.
- Support posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and daily function.
- Monitor and document consumer progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes.
- Provide consumer, family, and staff education as requested.
- Attend required orientation prior to beginning services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
