Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage crew performance on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and project integrity.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance skills.
• Manage equipment and material logistics for optimal workflow.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and implementing solutions promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in earthwork or construction management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Strong knowledge of laser levels and running grade
• Experience with dozers, excavators, and skid steers
• Willingness to do manual labor
