Responsibilities Behavioral Health Worker Opportunity - PRN / Per Diem. Midwest Center for Youth and Families offers a full‑time behavioral health worker position with flexible scheduling. The role supports the treatment team, providing therapeutic care for children and adolescents aged 10-18 in a 74‑bed residential facility. The Behavioral Health Worker is a vital part of the treatment team. This full‑time position (40 hours per week) includes schedules from Sunday to Thursday with a $2/hour premium, and Tuesday to Saturday with a $3/hour premium. Evening, night, and weekend shifts receive a competitive differential. PRN positions require one weekday and one weekend day per biweekly pay period.
