Benefits Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Flexible work from home options available Job Summary Learn and adopt Stand Strong Fence structured sales process and complete required training, present and sell the features and benefits of Stand Strong Fence products, continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up and set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals. Compensation Incentive-based compensation is determined by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Average compensation is $50k to $75k+ per year. Responsibilities Confirm and qualify booked appointments; generate organic leads Provide consultative customer appointments Generate accurate estimates; professionally and comprehensively present proposals to property owners/representatives Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry, and process knowledge in relevant product areas Perform organic lead generation strategies and activities Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities Develop product reference documents and materials for customers Organize, plan and prioritize sales calls and appointments Create and maintain a product marketing plan to increase sales and revenue Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements Demonstrate products to consumers Address potential client queries in a timely and professional manner Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries Interact with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner Perform other duties as assigned Experience & Education Must have a valid driver’s license At least 6 years of sales experience College degree in related field or relevant experience is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Home service sales experience is a plus Skilled in verbal and written communications Polished and professional in demeanor and possesses a strong work ethic Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet Ability to work independently Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors Exceedingly positive work attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr Stand Strong Fencing of Niceville
