Your responsibilities include: Originate and close residential mortgage loans from application to closing Respond to inbound calls and company-generated leads Build lasting relationships with borrowers through exceptional service Analyze financial information and recommend the best loan solutions Educate borrowers on Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other mortgage products Guide clients through every step of the mortgage process Work closely with processors and operations to ensure smooth, on-time closings Maintain compliance with all lending guidelines and regulations What We\'re Looking For Required Active NMLS License Mortgage sales experience Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and residential mortgage products Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Preferred 1+ year of mortgage loan origination experience Compensation Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $300,000+ annually Your income is driven by your production- with no ceiling on your earning potential.
