Your Work May Include Reading, understanding and following the client’s Individual Support Plan (ISP), and reporting back to the IDD Program Specialist Supporting individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care (i.e. grooming, hygiene etc.), or transportation Encouraging participation in social and community activities – shopping, social events etc. Helping people achieve personal goals and celebrating progress #J-18808-Ljbffr Help at Home
