Position Title: Junior Estimator

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on commercial projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to engage with clients and follow up on leads, contributing to the company's growth and success. This position is based onsite, fostering a collaborative work environment that enhances communication and teamwork.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE

Junior Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
• Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business
• Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates

Junior Estimator Requirements:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial)
• BA degree is preferred
