Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Summary:** The **Construction Commercial Manager** will lead customer-focused construction technology strategies across the product portfolio, delivering innovative solutions that accelerate autonomy and create greater value for customers.**What You Will Do (Job Duties):*** Assess business strengths, gaps, and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities and support growth strategies.* Lead and coordinate daily team activities to promote, sell, and deploy solutions that address customers’ toughest challenges while ensuring customer feedback is resolved effectively.* Develop and manage key performance indicators in partnership with customers to support short- and long-term technology strategies and build training programs that enable seamless execution.* Manage and develop a team delivering autonomy and technology solutions aligned with Caterpillar’s strategic direction.**What You Will Have (Core Skills):****Customer Focus** Builds strong relationships and delivers solutions that anticipate customer needs, improve satisfaction, and create long-term value. **Service Excellence** Provides a high standard of service by proactively addressing customer needs, resolving complex issues, and continuously improving the customer experience. **Effective Communication** Communicates clearly and professionally across audiences, adapting messages as needed to build understanding, collaboration, and alignment. **Influencing** Builds credibility and uses thoughtful communication to gain support, guide decisions, and drive progress across stakeholders. **Relationship Management** Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external partners to support collaboration and achieve shared goals. **Strategic Thinking** Connects day-to-day work to broader business priorities, identifies opportunities, and makes recommendations that support long-term success.**Top Candidates Will Have:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* Progressive success in construction or related industry.* Demonstrated success in account management and building strong customer relationships.* Proven leadership experience leading teams, projects, or business initiatives.**Additional Information:*** This position is located in Irving, TX or Peoria, IL.* Relocation assistance is available.* Travel in this role is up to 75%.* Sponsorship or ISE are not available.### ### **Summary Pay Range:**$159,120.00 - $238,680.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
