Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled
Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Job Description

Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Create labor records for all transactions.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and use of hand tools and fixtures
Product testing, troubleshooting, and resolving assembly or equipment issues
Documentation of labor records and application of continuous improvement manufacturing practices

Education

Required: High school diploma or GED

Additional requirements

Schedule notes: 1st shift - 06:00-14:30, M-F and weekends as job demands

Pay rate

$18 - $20 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
