Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is looking for a Peer Counselor to join their THRIVE Outpatient Team in Sacramento. This role involves providing field-based direct services and peer support to individuals working towards recovery. Responsibilities include needs assessment, individual peer counseling, crisis support, and service documentation. Candidates must possess lived experience as a consumer of mental health services.
