As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will guide clients through the travel planning process, research destinations and accommodations, coordinate reservations, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences
• Create customized travel recommendations and itineraries
• Coordinate and manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
• Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
