Food Operations Manager 1

Sodexo is looking for a Food Operations Manager to support the Customs and Border Protection campus in Harpers Ferry, WV. What You’ll Do Be a people person with a strong focus on maintaining positive client relations; ensure quality and presentation of food and excellent customer service. Be service‑focused—providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment. Proficiently use online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory. Demonstrate proven financial acumen and success in managing food costs, labor costs and budgets. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience: 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts.
