Forklift Operator – Day & Night ShiftsLocation: Surgoinsville, TNPay: $17.00/hourJob Type: Temp-to-HireSchedule: 12-Hour 2/2/3 RotationAvailable Shifts:Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PMNight Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM2/2/3 Schedule: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate the following week.Job SummaryWe are currently hiring Forklift Operators for a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment in the Surgoinsville area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities to grow.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials and products.Transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and supplies throughout the facility.Load and unload trucks as needed.Properly stack and organize materials in designated storage areas.Supply production lines with necessary materials.Remove completed products from production areas and move them to designated locations.Inspect materials and products for visible damage during handling.Complete inventory, shipping, receiving, or production paperwork as required.Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.Perform routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Assist with general warehouse and production duties when needed.Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep operations running efficiently.RequirementsPrevious forklift experience preferred.Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Must be able to work a 12-hour shift and the rotating 2/2/3 schedule.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods.Ability to lift and move materials as required.Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the rotating schedule.Why Apply?$17.00/hourTemp-to-hire opportunity12-hour 2/2/3 scheduleDay and night shift openingsOpportunity for long-term employment and advancementGain valuable experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environmentPaid weeklyIf you're an experienced forklift operator who takes safety seriously and is looking for a long-term opportunity, apply today!
