Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview Hons Construction Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information while ensuring records are complete and up to date. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain organized electronic records, documents, and files. Process invoices, purchase orders, project records, and other administrative documents as needed. Verify data against source documents and correct discrepancies. Assist with compiling reports, spreadsheets, and basic data summaries. Retrieve and organize information for authorized staff members. Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly. Communicate with team members to resolve missing or inconsistent information. Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks to support construction operations. Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software. Ability to learn and navigate databases and company-specific software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Work Environment This is a full-time remote position requiring a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a professional workspace.
