What You'll Be Doing: Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at our showroomyou're the first impression! Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls to the right departments. Answering calls promptly and professionally with a warm, helpful attitude. Operate a multi-line phone system with effectiveness. Supporting our sales consultants and managers with daily tasks to keep things running smoothly. Keep coffee station stocked and clean Help with other office duties(scanning, mailing, filing) Other job duties assigned by management.
