Estimated shifts: 6:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
A Childs Place Learning Center- ACPLC’s mission emphasizes a commitment to inspire a love of learning through play and give family's peace of mind that their children are receiving the best care. We do this by building a team of Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about education that centers on developmentally appropriate practices, and a love for creating fun, safe, and engaging experiences for children.

Ages Served: 12 months -6 years
Our curriculum focuses on the Ages and Stages of Early Childhood Development and engages children with hands-on learning activities that encourages each student to grow at their individual rate of development. This forms a strong foundation for students to learn through play.

Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:
• Merit Account or Knowledge of Merit
• Cleared Background Check via Merit
• High School Diploma or GED Completed
• 18+ Years of Age
• Experience Working with Children and Knowledge of Differing Abilities
• Coursework Or Training in Early Childhood Development
• Proficient Communication Skills; Oral Written, With Team Members, Students and Their
Families
• Ability To Model Professional Standards When Working with Team Members, Students and Their
Families

• Ability To Meet State-Specific Requirements.
• First Aid And CPR-In-Person
• Blood Borne Pathogens
• Negative Tuberculosis Test
• WA State Food Handlers Card
• Proof Of MMR Immunizations
• 20/30 Hr. Basic Stars
• DCYF Trainings
