Marketing Associate

Job Description
Level Up USA is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate in Cincinnati to help clients build relationships and raise brand awareness. You'll learn marketing, customer engagement, sales support, and campaign execution while developing professional skills alongside experienced teammates. Our hands-on training from day one focuses on customer communication, product knowledge, and professional growth as you contribute to in-person campaigns and gain real-world experience.
\n \nAs an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you'll play an important role in helping our clients build relationships with customers and increase brand awareness. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll gain practical experience in marketing, customer engagement, sales support, and campaign execution while developing valuable professional skills.
\nWe believe the best way to learn is through experience, which is why every new team member participates in comprehensive, hands-on training. Our training program is designed to help you build confidence in customer communication, product knowledge, and professional development from day one.

- Represent client products and services professionally \n
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face setting \n
- Answer customer questions and provide product information \n
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns \n
- Build positive customer relationships \n
- Track customer interactions and campaign results \n
- Participate in daily coaching and professional development \n
