Paint Prep Helper
A manufacturing company in Roanoke, Texas is hiring a Paint Prep Helper to join their production team. This is hands-on work where attention to detail matters. In this role, you will help get parts ready for painting so every finished product meets high-quality standards. You will be deburring and sanding parts for prep.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role that offers opportunities to learn and grow, and a chance to work with a team that values safety, reliability, and getting the job done right. You'll be part of a fast-paced, organized environment where your effort and contribution are noticed every day.
Job Duties
- Prepare metal parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces
- Assist painters with staging and organizing parts before and after painting
- Hang or rack parts on paint line fixtures
- Inspect finished parts and remove masking materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule
Monday Friday 6:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Pay
$18/Hr.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
