Quality Primary Care Associates is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our outpatient primary care team.

Locations: Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MD
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 DOE + signing bonus + productivity bonus

No nights. No weekends. No call. No hospital rounding. AI-assisted dictation. Physician support. Protected onboarding.

This is a physician-led outpatient primary care role with support and guidance from 3 physicians , modern documentation tools, and a strong focus on work-life balance .

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible NP or PA-C in Maryland
• Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
• Newer providers welcome if motivated and open to training
