Working with children who are preparing for preschool, you'll help foster independence, communication, and confidence through engaging, hands‑on learning experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding young learners as they transition from toddlerhood into a structured classroom environment while making learning fun every day. What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for Prepper-aged children Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, early literacy, creativity, and problem-solving Help children develop self-help skills, confidence, and independence Support daily routines, transitions, meals, and outdoor play Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all licensing and safety standards Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to provide exceptional care and education Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience working in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood setting preferred Passion for helping young children learn and grow Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR and First Aid certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay of $17–$18 per hour Full-time Monday–Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership team Opportunities for career growth within The Learning Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience
