Home Care CNA Afternoon Shift

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Caregiver or CNA to provide one-on‑one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference. Current Schedule Tuesday-Friday 1:30 pm to 8 pm Sunday 1:30 pm to 8 pm Consistency and reliability are essential for this client.
