Senior Scrum Master

A leading financial services company is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to join their team. This position offers an exciting chance to drive Agile initiatives across technology and business teams. Senior Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices to enhance team performance. Guide teams in Agile methodologies and coach them towards continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful backlog management and delivery. Monitor team progress, remove obstacles, and optimize workflow to meet sprint and PI goals. Promote effective use of Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence and support the adoption of AI-assisted processes. Senior Scrum Master Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within insurance or financial services. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Scrum team competencies, including development and testing. Proven ability to mentor teams in Agile principles and facilitate large-scale workshops. Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Ativo, and experience mentoring teams in AI tool adoption.
