This active position balances cooperative office training with collaborative, face‑to‑face consultations. Conduct in‑person consultations with business owners and decision‑makers to present specialized benefit options. Coordinate and facilitate scheduled employee enrollment meetings, addressing questions clearly and professionally. Cultivate, strengthen, and maintain positive, long‑term relationships within the business community. Participate actively in collaborative team workshops, business coaching sessions, and leadership mentoring. Organize daily calendar appointments, manage administrative follow‑up tasks, and track client communications. What We Look For (Qualifications) Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or public‑facing roles is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an innate ability to build professional rapport. A self‑motivated, dependable individual with a strong, coachable mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for field assignments.
