We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join a growing organization in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or HR professional with 0–3 years of experience who wants broad exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and background/reference checks
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
• Assist with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and leave administration
• Support payroll-related administrative activities
• Respond to employee questions and assist with HR-related concerns

HR Compliance & Documentation

• Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable federal and Florida employment requirements
• Support employee handbook and HR policy updates
• Maintain required employee documentation, confidentiality agreements, and records
• Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality

Administrative Operations

• Support day-to-day office administration and general business operations
• Coordinate meetings, travel, office supplies, and other administrative activities
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with documentation and policy manuals

Finance & Business Support

• Assist with basic accounting entries and invoice processing
• Support vendor payment coordination in collaboration with the finance team

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

✅ 0–3 years of HR, HR operations, administration, or support experience

✅ Fluent English and Spanish – MANDATORY

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel

✅ Experience with Excel formulas and pivot tables; macros and Power BI are a plus

✅ Basic understanding of payroll, HR documentation, and accounting principles

✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally

✅ HR or Office Administration certification is a plus
