Position Summary
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of a case, including prosecuting workers' compensation subrogation claims and civil litigation.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages a full caseload of cases of varying degrees of complexity
- Creates litigation plans.
- Creates budget plans, if necessary.
- Conducts discovery.
- Travels to court and other appearances.
- Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
- Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Prepares cases for trial.
- Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

2+ years experience in workers compensation subrogation preferred.
