Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager – Des Moines Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, forklift operation, load verification, and documentation. Key responsibilities: Oversee loading of product onto trucks, ensuring order specifications are met and securing loads. Assist with inbound truck check‑in, unloading, and paperwork submission. Manage inventory control, determine restocking needs, and maintain warehouse flow. Inspect equipment and maintain the physical condition of the warehouse. Foster strong relationships with warehouse staff and sales personnel. Support Carroll’s employee‑owned culture and growth across 35+ locations. Qualifications Valid forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift. Experience supervising warehouse operations or logistics. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
