General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Compensation Hourly wage $15 - $28 per hour (equals or exceeds required minimum wage). Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Possible multiple premiums if criteria are met. Employment Type Part‑time. Available shifts: Mid‑shift, Closing.
