Account Manager
Lever Middleware Test Company
We’re seeking an Account Manager to partner with customers using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You’ll drive adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support renewals and growth by helping clients optimize their hiring processes through our platform. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers. Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders. Drive product adoption through onboarding, training, and best‑practice guidance. Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews to assess goals and performance. Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities and support renewal discussions. Advocate for customer needs and collaborate internally with Product, Support, and Sales. Qualifications 2–5 years in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in SaaS or HR tech. Understanding of recruiting workflows and talent acquisition processes. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast‑moving environment.
