- Strong Hands-On Experience In - Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable); Lightning Web Components (LWC); Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Automation, SOQL
- Solid Understanding Of - Salesforce Security Model (Roles, Profiles, Sharing); Governor Limits And Performance Optimization; Api Integrations & Event-Driven Architecture; Multi-Org Environment Management; Best Practices; Data Modeling, Flow Automations
- Experience Across Multiple Salesforce Clouds (SALES, SERVICE, EXPERIENCE & MARKETING)
- SALESFORCE CERTIFICATIONS (PLATFORM DEV I/II, ADMIN, APP BUILDER)
- Experience With Enterprise Integrations, Data Platforms (E.G., SNOWFLAKE) IS A PLUS
- Very strong salesforce fundamentals in development and core administration
- Experience in multiple salesforce clouds (sales, service, experience & marketing)
- Relevant certifications
- Very good communication skills
- Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right/zero defects in production.
- Emerging AI, agentic knowledge is a plus
