As Pharmacist in Charge at MedStar Health, you will lead daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely medication management across our care settings. You will oversee regulatory compliance, medication safety initiatives, and adherence to MedStar’s clinical standards while supervising and mentoring pharmacists and technicians. In this patient-first, collaborative environment, you will partner with physicians, nurses, and leadership to optimize pharmacotherapy, improve workflows, support accreditation, and drive quality and cost-effective care for diverse communities.
