Performance Management Training Course Instructor

Job Overview ProSidian seeks a Performance Management Training Course Instructor (USARC0015015) for program support. This position is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role located at Fort Bragg, NC or virtually across the Southeast. The instructor aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Content Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II and may convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W‑2 position. Responsibilities Develop lesson plans and facilitate classroom and virtual instruction. Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates. Deliver 1‑day instructor‑led training sessions and virtual engagements. Use LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, and interactive exercises. Maintain performance‑based learning methodologies. Qualifications 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or instructional delivery experience. Previous military or civilian workforce development experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred. Strong facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment skills. Leadership, collaboration, problem‑solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferred Skills Expertise in performance planning, SMART objectives, feedback, coaching, employee development, and performance evaluation. Experience with performance‑management training in the DOD/Military sector. Other Requirements NACI eligibility. Ability to deliver in‑person and virtual training across the Southeast and U.S. East Coast.
