Position Summary Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. In a leading retail setting, the role offers a growing, high-impact, customer-focused opportunity to work independently or as part of a team and positively impact the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and resolving potential service issues Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact and assist with locating items Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks and credit card transactions per company policies Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing information and completing inventory tasks as directed Support opening and closing store activities as needed Assist departments including photo and beauty to ensure full stocking and operation while staying current with services and tools Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in opportunities for growth and career development Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support the company mission Qualifications Required Qualifications At least 16 years of age Ability to remain upright for sustained periods Capability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently; overhead lifting as required Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Additional Details Anticipated weekly hours: 29 Employment type: Part-time Pay range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour. The offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
