We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and motivated Field Marketing Manager to oversee our Lead Generation team at major retail locations throughout the region. You will be responsible for helping the operation run smoothly, developing team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring our retail marketing program consistently generates qualified leads. What You’ll Do Lead and manage the Lead Generation team: Oversee daily activities and help ensure team members are prepared, productive, and meeting expectations. Train and develop employees: Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to improve customer engagement and lead generation skills. Hold the team accountable: Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, productivity, and adherence to company expectations. Visit retail locations: Travel between assigned big-box stores to support employees, evaluate performance, address concerns, and maintain consistent standards. Manage daily operations: Help coordinate staffing, schedules, store coverage, promotional materials, and other day-to-day needs. Drive performance: Track lead generation results, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with team members to meet established goals. Lead by example: Step in to assist with customer engagement and lead generation when needed. Maintain strong retail relationships: Help ensure our team represents Atlantic Blue professionally and follows store requirements and company policies. Communicate with leadership: Provide updates on staffing, team performance, training needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Support continued growth: Help identify ways to improve the program, strengthen the team, and increase qualified lead generation. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in team leadership, field supervision, sales, retail, marketing, or a customer-facing environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach employees while holding them accountable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities while staying organized. A results-driven mindset with the ability to monitor performance and address issues promptly. Comfortable traveling between retail locations and working directly with employees in the field. Willingness to step in and perform Lead Generation duties when needed. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting retail locations. Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed. Work Environment This is an active, field-based position that requires regular travel between big-box retail locations in the Severna Park, Frederick, Westminster, and Forest Hill areas. The role involves frequent interaction with employees, retail personnel, and potential customers. This is an in-person position, not a remote role.
