Construction Project Manager

William Charles Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager I or II to lead heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Midwest. In this role, you will plan, schedule, and manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, track costs and progress, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and contract requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with superintendents, engineers, and clients, drive problem-solving in the field, and maintain accurate documentation. This position offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to complex transportation and utility projects, and strong long-term growth in a safety-focused, team-driven environment.
