We are a boutique ABA therapy agency dedicated to providing individualized support to help your child live a happy and fulfilling life. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our team, working directly with our therapists to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated BT to join our team in Cinnaminson NJ . The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and strategies, collecting data, and reporting progress to therapists. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
• Report progress to therapists and contribute to treatment planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide support and guidance to clients and families
Requirements:
• Experience working with children
High school diploma
Basic knowledge of ABA principles and practices
