We are seeking a sharp and highly organized Personal/Executive Assistant to support a dynamic principal in the Syracuse area. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week onsite with flexibility and availability as needed. The ideal candidate will have UHNW private household experience, excellent digital and organizational skills, and the maturity to take initiative without hand-holding. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Coordinate and manage professional and personal calendars, appointments, and inboxes. - Create and maintain digital filing systems, centralizing documents and workflows for ease of access and long-term use. - Assist in inventory tracking and stocking household items; manage light personal errands and liaison with vendors. - Help manage tasks related to major initiatives and other personal/professional projects. - Create itineraries/research and book travel, dining, and accommodations as needed. - Handle targeted online research (e.g., vendor vetting, budget estimates, product sourcing, etc.). -Expense Management - Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. - Assist in organizing/archiving personal assets and possessions. - Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to support coordination of household and administrative activities. Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years in a private UHNW household or family office setting is required. - Proficient with Mac systems, Outlook, Apple Mail, and digital file management. - Strong ability to anticipate needs, follow through on tasks, and manage multiple priorities. - Accustomed to handling sensitive and private information. - Able to self-direct and take initiative; not reliant on step-by-step instructions. - Must reside within 30 minutes of Syracuse, NY or have strong ties/knowledge of Upstate NY (relocation considered only if criteria met). - Must have flexible availability. Pay: Up to $120,00/yearly + benefits. Laptop and phone will be provided. Location: Syracuse, NY; this is a hybrid role with expectations to be onsite 2-3 days a week. *Relocation will only be considered for anyone who has deeply rooted ties/familiarity in the Upstate area.
