94A Land Combat Electronic Missile System Repairer

Job Description Highly-mobile missile launchers give the Army National Guard a powerful edge on the battlefield. As the Land Combat Electronic Missile System Repairer, you will keep these launchers in top fighting shape by testing and repairing missile electronic assemblies, tracking systems, and related equipment. Your work will cover the TOW anti-missile system, the DRAGON anti‑tank guided missile systems, and the Bradley Fighting Vehicle systems, and will include testing instruments, reading technical diagrams, performing quality control, inspecting and maintaining units, and repairing unserviceable items. Job Duties Determine shortcomings and malfunctions in electronic, electrical, mechanical, and circuit elements. Repair unserviceable optical and infrared components. Inspect, test, and adjust components to specified tolerances. Perform quality control measures. Inspect, test, and maintain units, and repair unserviceable items. Supervise and train other soldiers as responsibilities increase. Install equipment modifications and provide technical assistance on challenging projects.
