Job Summary ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Conifer, Colorado. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts, flexible) Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist Schedule: 5×8 shifts, with evaluations lasting 60 minutes and follow‑ups every 30 minutes Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals. Complete medical record documentation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies. Participate in student programs, providing supervision and evaluations as required. Engage in ongoing professional development and apply learned information to enhance organizational objectives. Adhere to the discipline‑specific State Practice Act and other regulatory agency requirements, maintaining professional licensure. Understand and participate in the organization’s performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state licensure for physical therapy.
