Machine Operator / Parts Department

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for a new challenge? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join the Parts Department of an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This role involves operating various machinery and handling materials to manufacture steel parts. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering day shift hours and a great benefits package upon hire. Location Arlington, WA Schedule Day Shift: Monday - Friday: 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. (Overtime 6:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.) and every other Saturday: 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. (Overtime) and every other Friday: 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. Pay Rate $22 - $26/hr (based on skills and ability) Key Responsibilities Operate automated steel angle and steel flatbar parts line (Anglematic). Operate large and small steel punch and steel shear equipment for manufacturing small parts. Handle materials using roller/conveyor systems. Operate large band saws. Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Must obtain Forklift and Crane Operator certifications after hire. Opportunity to operate both smaller and large industrial‑sized forklifts. Read a tape measure. Qualifications Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. Excellent longevity at previous employers (farming experience is a plus!). Proven experience in operating industrial machinery. Strong mechanical skills and ability to lift heavy materials.
