Shipping and Receiving SpecialistOur client, a warehouse and logistics operations team, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations department supporting day-to-day execution across receiving, inventory accuracy, and shipment readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the drive to keep workflows moving smoothly—which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Fort Worth, TXPay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourShift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWhat's the Job?Perform receiving inspection (RI) to ensure incoming materials are accurately received, verified, and documented.Support inventory management by completing cycle counts, inventory transactions, stock movements, and material reconciliation.Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve inventory discrepancies to protect shipment accuracy.Follow established warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements to keep operations running reliably.As you grow in the role, assist with shipping functions including order preparation, packaging, labeling, shipment verification, and transfer order processing.What's Needed?Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.Must have computer skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every transaction and record.Ability to accurately handle inventory transactions and maintain detailed records.Basic computer and data entry skills to support inventory documentation and processing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials in accordance with warehouse requirements; forklift experience is a plus.What's in it for me?Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
